Testing Payment Information
Payments for test registration must be made prior to 4:30 p.m. For further information
on a testing, contact our office at (706) 737-1469 or via email at tds@augusta.edu.
Testing Day Information
- ID is required for all exams.
- Depending on the test, there may be fees due to our institution upon registration.
- We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Money Order
- Credit/Debit
- Check
We do not accept payment over the phone. Our office no longer offers proctoring services
for non-disability students who need to take make-up exams.

Make sure to pay for parking or you could encounter a parking ticket. TDS is not responsible
for parking tickets.

What forms of payment are accepted?
- We accept cash, money order, credit/credit, and check.
When will I receive my testing scores?
- Some exams will allow you to see your scores immediately upon completion of the exam.
Other exams require for you to wait until the testing company sends an official score
report.
How will my program of study be notified of my scores?
- Each testing company will send your score transcript to your designated recipient.
You may have to pay an extra fee to the testing company if you have not designated
a score recipient prior to completing your exam.
Where do I park when I arrive for my exam?

What do I need to bring with me when I arrive for testing?
- Photo Identification is required for each exam and some exams require for you to bring
an admission ticket. Review the testing companies’ policies to see which forms of
ID are accepted and if an admission ticket is required.
How should I prepare for my exam?
- Review study guides and prep materials that have been recommended by the testing company
for the exam you are taking.
- Plan to arrive early to get settled ahead of your scheduled exam.
- Read all test instructions and candidate rules thoroughly.
- Be well rested and eat a snack or meal prior to arriving for your testing appointment.
What happens if I fail my exam?
- Retest policies vary per testing company. Please check with the testing company for
which you are taking the exam to see what their retest policy is. We are just the
testing site and can’t overrule any policies and procedures the testing company may
have in place.
What happens if the test center closes?
- Depending on the exam, you will receive notification via phone or email with information
on how to reschedule your exam from the testing company or directly from a Testing
and Disability Services staff member.
How do I request to receive testing accommodations?
- Please contact the testing company for which you are taking the exam to see what their
policies and procedures for test-takers who need accommodations.

If I register for and pay for a test to only realize afterward that I do not need
to take it, can I get a refund?
- All exam fees are non-transferable/non-refundable. Under extreme circumstances, submit
a written request to the Director of TDS and they'll make a decision at their own
discretion.
