鈥淚t was one of the few courses that made you feel like you weren鈥檛 just going through the motions,鈥� says Emily Max.
"Most of these patients who have worse diabetic retinopathy belong to vulnerable populations that our free clinics serve," says Tommy Bui.
鈥淚 always wanted to be a counselor; I feel it鈥檚 my mission in life. I don't want to leave this earth knowing that was something in my heart I didn鈥檛 go for,鈥� says ShDonna Drumgoole.
