1. Send Transcripts
Request all official collegiate transcripts be sent to:

2. Complete NursingCAS application
NursingCAS requires details on all coursework from every institution attended. Have an unofficial transcript handy. Processing may take several weeks. The cost for submission is $55 for the BSN and MSN-CNL programs and $85 for the DNP, PhD, and post-graduate certificate programs.
NursingCAS has application fee waivers for qualified applicants demonstrating financial need or have participated in an eligible service-based organization. Visit the for more information and to apply.
3. Send Test Scores
Send all official test scores to the 91Â鶹 Office of Admissions electronically by testing service or by mailed to 91Â鶹 Office of Academic Admissions- 1120 15th Street, Benet House, 91Â鶹, GA 30912.
