As an essential member of 91Â鶹's IT team, the IT Systems Support Professional delivers high-quality technology support across all Medical College of Georgia campuses. Responsibilities include audiovisual setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, lecture capture, simulation and telehealth device support, network diagnostics, and productivity tools—ensuring smooth, reliable operations for students, faculty, and staff.
The Information Analyst 2 will serve as a dedicated data and reporting specialist for the Medical College of Georgia, with a focused commitment to the Office of Medical Education. This role is responsible for managing complex datasets that support critical academic and institutional functions. The incumbent will oversee the full lifecycle of several key databases, ensuring data integrity, performing in-depth analysis, and delivering actionable insights through comprehensive reporting.
This role analyzes, implements, and modifies application systems, handling planning, programming, testing, debugging, and deployment within established standards. It supports database, client-server, and internet environments. The incumbent collaborates with analysts and users to define requirements and manages moderately complex projects, directing junior analysts or coordinating with technical teams. They may also assist in documenting application deployment and operations.
