IT Systems Support Analyst

The IT Systems Support Professional provides essential, front-line technology support for students, faculty, and staff across all Medical College of Georgia campuses, ensuring reliable operations across critical systems and services. This role delivers professional, customer-focused support across audiovisual, computing, network, simulation, telehealth, and productivity technologies, using clear communication to resolve or escalate issues as needed.

IT ServiceNow Administrator

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in support of the organization's service management initiatives. This role ensures the platform operates efficiently, securely, and aligns with business needs while supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts.

Data Engineer

This Database Engineer supports the design and maintenance of secure, compliant data systems, including REDCap and HPC, essential for 91Âé¶¹'s research programs. They focus on building scalable data workflows that adhere to HIPAA and FERPA while helping researchers efficiently collect, manage, and analyze data.

Network Infrastructure Engineer

The Network Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining the stability and integrity of all in-house data, voice, video, and wireless network services (LAN/WAN). This role involves installing, configuring, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and firewalls, as well as providing technical support and timely resolution of network problems.

Cloud Engineer

The Cloud Engineer serves as a senior IT professional responsible for maintaining and supporting Office 365, email archiving/DLP, and related virtualization and infrastructure components. This role requires strong analytical and decision-making skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proven experience managing Office 365 environments and enhancements.

Systems Analyst 3

This role analyzes, implements, and modifies application systems, handling planning, programming, testing, debugging, and deployment within established standards. It supports database, client-server, and internet environments. The incumbent collaborates with analysts and users to define requirements and manages moderately complex projects, directing junior analysts or coordinating with technical teams. They may also assist in documenting application deployment and operations.
