  10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Parent & Family Weekend Early Check-In Join us for a warm welcome to 91ΒιΆΉ's Parent and Family Weekend as we kick off a weekend filled with excitement, engagement, and memorable moments! You are welcome to check-in at the Jaguar Student Activities Center in the Office of New Student & Family Transitions between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Note that official programming does not commence until that evening at 5:30 PM. Jaguar Student Activities Center
  5:30 PM - 8:30 PM Brew-N-Que The 20th annual 91ΒιΆΉ U Brew-N-Que, hosted by the Summerville Alumni Society, will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Friday, October 4th, 2024, at the D. Douglas Barnard, Jr. Amphitheater, Summerville Campus. Delicious barbecue, sides and cold beverages are on the menu at this community-wide event as well as activities for all ages, including live music, face-painting and inflatables, followed by a fireworks show. Kick off the day with a delicious breakfast at the Jaguar Family Brunch! Enjoy a spread of breakfast favorites while connecting with university leadership and other families. It's the perfect way to start your weekend and get a taste of the Jaguar spirit!

  2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Women's Volleyball Tournament Join us for an exciting Women's Volleyball home game as part of Parent & Family Weekend! Come see your 91ΒιΆΉ Jaguars take on Catawba College!
  2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Boat Rides at the Canal Discovery Center Experience unforgettable sights and stories on a Petersburg Boat cruise along the 91ΒιΆΉ Canal. Learn about historic landmarks like 19th century mills and 18th Century houses from knowledgeable guides. Keep an eye out for diverse wildlife as you glide along the water. 
  5:30 PM - 9:00 PM A Night with Dancakes and the Matt Baker show!

Get ready for a night of laughter and deliciousness at the Matt Baker Show and Dancakes! Prepare to be amazed as Matt Baker, a Guinness World Record-holding comedian and stunt performer, takes the stage with his unique blend of hilarious stand-up and jaw-dropping feats. You've seen him on TV, now see him live! Plus, indulge in mouthwatering pancake art creations by Dancakes. It's the perfect way to end your Parent & Family Weekend experience on a sweet and memorable note!
