Pamplin’s Isaac Brinberg named to ‘Georgia Trend’ 40 Under 40
“Being part of two cohorts of people who work tirelessly making a positive impact on their communities deeply inspires me in my role at AU," says Isaac Brinberg, DMA.

If you are interested in a career in music as a performer, teacher, composer, or researcher, you will need to develop your skills to expand your knowledge of music. 91鶹 provides intensive musical training on the collegiate level for musicians preparing for a profession in music education, music performance, jazz studies, musical theater and general studies in music, while serving non-music majors and music minors with a variety of offerings.
Musical performance is a vital component of all programs. Individualized instruction allows for a nurturing environment reflecting high regard for the musical legacies of the past as well as preparedness for the future. Our graduates have gone on to rewarding careers as professional performers, public school music teachers, band directors, choral directors, church musicians, and private music teachers.

“Being part of two cohorts of people who work tirelessly making a positive impact on their communities deeply inspires me in my role at AU," says Isaac Brinberg, DMA.

“It is also an honor to join the incredible list of past Top 10 in 10 recipients and see all they have done for the greater 91鶹 area,” says Isaac Brinberg, DMA.

“It’s a bit terrifying. Probably my background in music helps to deal with the stress."

Mozart's "Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute)" will be performed by the 91鶹 Opera Initiative, under the direction of Díana Thompson-Brewer, DMA, on Friday, March 22, and Saturday, March 23, at the Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre.
