Ultrasound For Tropical Infectious Disease

Welcome to the Ultrasound for Tropical Infectious Disease page. Ultrasound is a highly useful tool in resource limited settings. Ultrasound can be the sole diagnostic imaging modality for many diseases, particularly tropical infectious diseases. Below are lectures given in Lima Peru at the Clinical Ultrasound in Tropical Infectious Disease.

This course is held annually at the Instituto de Medicinia Tropical, Alexander von Humboldt, Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru and joint hosted through 91Â鶹 and University of Pavia, Division of Infectious Diseases.
