Rentals

Outdoor Recreation offers convenient rentals for bikes, kayaks, and camping gear, making it easy for you to explore the great outdoors. No matter your adventure, we have high-quality equipment available to suit your needs. Our rental services ensure you have access to the best gear without the hassle of ownership. Check out our rental options and get ready for your next outdoor adventure! 

Rental Information

  • All equipment is available on a first come, first served basis. Kayaks can be checked out over the holiday weekend, call for holiday checkout times. 
  • Checkout times: Monday-Thursday 10am - 3pm and Friday 10am-5pm. 
  • Return times: Equipment must be returned by 11:00am the next day, or Monday for Friday checkouts. 
  • Same-day returns: Monday - Thursday by 5:00pm, and Fridays by 5:00pm 
  • A late fee of $20.00 will be charged to the student's POUNCE account for each day the equipment is late. 
  • Equipment is not available for checkout for scheduled programs. View Complete list of dates.

Kayaking enthusiasts will find 91Âé¶¹, GA, to be a perfect destination, with beautiful waterways like the Savannah River and the 91Âé¶¹ Canal. The Serene18 Paddle Trail in Columbia County, Georgia, offers a self-guided adventure through 18 square miles of tranquil waterways—including Clarks Hill Lake, Betty’s Branch, Stallings Island, and the 91Âé¶¹ Canal—ideal for paddlers of all skill levels. Participants can collect stamps in a free Serene18 Passport at designated locations, and upon completing all four routes, earn a commemorative T-shirt and official trailblazer status.
